BOOKING POLICY

•  Please do not call or text before or after business hours .

• Bookings open up on the 1st of every month.

• Consultations are mandatory for every booked service. This will take place after the appointment is booked through text . 

• A non refundable $50 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward the total cost . Remaining balance can be paid through Zelle or with cash . I do NOT accept Cash app or Venmo . 

• Must be 13 & over to receive services 

• Hair Included for ALL protective styles. 

• Only styles that are LISTED are provided . If you don’t see the option . The style is NOT provided .

• Your hair must be at least 4" long in order for me to braid properly.

• Hair MUST be washed , detangled and blow-dried. If not there will be an up charge . 

• Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid late fee or cancellation. A $10 fee will be applied to your balance if you are 10 minutes late. A $20 fee will be applied to your balance after 20 minutes. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

• Please arrive ON TIME . Not early . Not late if your appointment is at 9:00 am don’t come at 8:50. Come at 9:00 am 

• Please don’t bring ANY extra guests this includes children .

** In any case that you cannot make it to your appointment or want to cancel, please notify me at least 24hrs in advance and you can reschedule with the same deposit (you will be allowed only 1 reschedule).

*** If you cancel your appointment or notify me less than 24hrs you will have to reschedule with new deposit.

*** No Call-No Show will be charged 50% of the service they booked and will not be allowed to book again in the future.

Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance .
